Stafford: My Grandfather stated that his father was shot when he was just a baby. I wonder if it had anything to do with the Colorado County Feud that Valentine's father Robert F. was involved in (see home page for information on the feud). I have been searching on documentation to back this up, The feud did not end until 1906. If anyone has any information on this shooting please contact me here.
